Grants of $5,000 to Washington nonprofit organizations and local governmental agencies for programs addressing insolvency law and consumer protection. Funding is intended for new and continuing programs that provide legal services and support for those facing creditor-debtor issues.

Washington nonprofit organizations and local government agencies are eligible to apply.

Pre-Application Information:

- Completed applications should be delivered via email to program chair, Bill Malaier, no later than Nov. 15, 2019.
- Applications will be reviewed by the full Executive Committee at the EC’s annual December meeting, at which time one or more applications will be approved (in whole or in part) for payment.
- All applicants will be notified of the status of their applications shortly after the EC’s December meeting.
