A) TO CONDUCT TRAINING, WORKSHOPS, AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES FOR THE PUBLIC IN THE FIELDS OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, ENTREPRENEURIALISM, ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT,FUNDRAISING, AND RELATED TOPICS;B) TO RESEARCH AND EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ON ISSUES CONCERNING THE REGIONAL ECONOMY, THE ECONOMIC IMPACTS OF SPECIFIC SECTORS, THE IMPORTANCE OF SMALL BUSINESS, AND RELATED TOPICS;C) TO COLLABORATE WITH EXISTING INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN IDENTIFYING AND DEVELOPING NEW TRAINING PROGRAMS AIMED AT PREPARING INDIVIDUALS FOR CAREERS IN EMERGING OR GROWING INDUSTRIES; ANDD) TO CONDUCT SUCH OTHER ACTIVITIES AS ARE CONDUCIVE TO THE ATTAINMENT OF THE PURPOSES OF THE CORPORATION AS PERMITTED BY LAW.

GENERALLY, THE CORPORATION IS OPERATED FOR THE BENEFIT OF LEWIS-CLARK VALLEY ORGANIZATIONS. SUCH BENEFIT MAY INCLUDE, BUT SHALL NOT BE LIMITED TO, PROVIDING A SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM FOR INDIVIDUALS INTENDED TO BE BENEFITED BY BOYS GIRLS CLUBS, CONTRIBUTING TO LOCAL HOSPITAL FOUNDATIONS, CONTRIBUTING TO LOCAL COLLEGES.

SEEKS TO CLOSE ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT GAP BY PREPARING AND SUPPORTING DIVERSE AND HIGHLY-QUALIFIED TEACHERS WHO WILL RAISE EXPECTATIONS, ACCELERATE LEARNING AND CLOSE ACHIEVEMENT GAP BY GRANTING SCHOLARSHIPS AND PROMOTING INNOVATIVE SOCIAL JUSTICE CURRICULUM. OUR MISSION IS TO IMPROVE TEACHER DIVERSITY AND RETENTION OF TEACHERS OF COLOR IN WASHINGTON STATE. IS ONLY NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION IN WASHINGTON STATE WHOSE FOCUS IS TO RECRUIT, SUPPORT AND RETAIN TEACHERS OF COLOR IN THEIR PROFESSION. AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2016, ALL PROGRAMS HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED TO TECHNOLOGY ACCESS .
