GINN GIVES WAS FORMED TO EXPLORE AND IMPLEMENT A MEANINGFUL RESPONSE TO HOUSING AFFORDABILITY ISSUES IN SOUTHWEST WASHINGTON. THE PRIMARY ACTIVITIES INCLUDE DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF RENTAL AND OWNERSHIP HOUSING FOR LOW-INCOME AND VERY LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN SOUTHWEST WASHINGTON. THE PURPOSE IS TO SUPPORT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS AND CHILDHOOD EDUCATIONAL INITIATIVES AIMED AT ASSISTING LOW-INCOME HOUSEHOLDS AND VERY LOW-INCOME HOUSEHOLDS.
