Rheumatoid Arthritis Project
Grant was made to Henrici Methodologies of Holistic Healing in 2021 which treated 3 Juveniles accompanied by a parent. Treatment included interventions of breath-work, Yoga therapy, therapeutic massage, awareness through movement and vibrational sound therapy. Parents observed immediate benefits after each session (relaxed nervous system, longer and more restful sleep, more energy and less lethargy and stiffness in the mornings). Endurance, strength, coordination, greater range of motion facilitated bicycle riding and running 1.5 miles. The families became more sensitive to selection of food and importance of hydration.
