Awards to Washington and Oregon companies and individuals to honor significant impacts on the manufacturing industry. The purpose of this program is to recognize local companies and executives, operations managers, product specialists, and other employees that continue to drive the region's economy through innovation and strategic evolution.
Maker/Manufacturer of the Year: This award will honor companies that have had an exceptional 12 to 18 months. This could be demonstrated through increased revenue or employee growth, innovation in manufacturing processes, geographic expansion, new production introduction, industry leadership or other measurable variables.
Maker/Manufacturing Executive of the Year: This senior-level executive will have shown exceptional leadership in guiding their company or team through challenges (supply chain issues or a complicated integration, for example) and capturing opportunities (introducing a new product, embracing innovation or moving into new markets, for example).
Maker/Manufacturing Innovator of the Year: This individual could be a CEO, product specialist, operations manager or other employee who developed or led development of a breakthrough innovation for the company or industry.
