Awards to Washington businesses to recognize contributions to the community. The awards are intended to honor companies that work to create a healthy community, including support for basic needs, arts, education, health, environment, economic opportunity, neighborhoods, and global giving. Awarded companies must embrace corporate philanthropy as part of the company's culture and impact the community with their giving program (volunteering, in-kind donations, and cash contributions).
In addition, the Business Journal is looking for an individual recipient for the Blake Nordstrom Humanitarian Award for Corporate Giving.

Additional Eligibility Criteria
Companies vying for the Corporate Citizenship Awards must have been in business for at least three years. Companies can be nominated by nonprofit partners or complete the nomination forms themselves.
The Blake Nordstrom Humanitarian award honors an individual.
Pre-Application Information
The deadline to submit nominations is Friday, March 17, 2023, by 9 pm.
A panel of judges reviews the nominations and selects the winning companies. Honorees will be announced on the website 3-4 weeks after the nomination deadline.
Winners will be profiled in the Corporate Citizenship special publication and honored at the Corporate Citizenship Awards luncheon. Honorees must agree to be interviewed for the special publication and attend the May 2023 award ceremony.
