Susan G. Komen Oregon and SW Washington
Grants ranging from $2,000 to $15,000 to Oregon and Southwest Washington nonprofit organizations and governmental agencies to provide services for breast cancer patients undergoing treatment and promote breast cancer screening. Funding is intended to reduce breast cancer mortality by addressing disparities, increase access to quality and timely care, and/or improve outcomes through patient navigation.

While any organization providing services to individuals living in Komen Oregon & SW Washington’s 39 county service area is eligible for funding, priority will be given to applicants that provide services to the following target communities, as identified by the Community Profile Report.

Applicants may request funding from $2,000 up to $15,000 (combined direct and indirect costs) for one year.
Projects must be conducted between April 1, 2020 and March 31, 2021.
The affiliate will fund an organization for up to five consecutive years. After five years of consecutive funding, an organization must wait two years before reapplying for a Komen grant.
